Replacing traditional metallic reflective shielding with absorption shielding, the material achieves EMC Class 3–5, an NVH damping factor of over 0.2, and a thermal conductivity of ≥2.5 W/(m·K). It meets the structural strength requirements for automotive modal and vibration tests, and is applicable to housings and end covers for motors and electronic controls, millimeter-wave radar wave-absorbing materials, as well as OBC and VCU enclosures. The material has completed validation at leading automotive OEMs.
