All the papers accepted by the Technical Committee of China-SAE Congress & Exhibition (SAECCE) can be published only if the authors participate in SAECCE. All the papers accepted will be recommended to be published in:

1. Excellent English papers will be recommended to: Proceedings of China SAE: Selected Papers (E-Journal, with ISBN, EI Indexed), Automotive Innovation (English Journal, targeted SCI Indexed).

2. All the accepted papers will be published in Proceedings of SAECCE (E-Journal, with ISBN). Excellent papers only publish abstracts.

1. All papers should be original works and not have been published elsewhere.

2. Papers should be unique, novel and inventive in terms of technology, business model and practicability, etc.

3. Papers should cover analysis on the solutions for research difficulties.

4. Papers shall comprise: Title, Abstract, Key words, Main Text, and References.
