TSMaster is a platform for automotive electronics simulation, development, and testing. It connects and controls TOSUN hardware, supporting MBD, MIL/SIL/HIL, code generation, bus monitoring, diagnostics, calibration, Bootloader, I/O control, and EOL. It also supports Simulink, FMI/FMU, C/Python/TAC, CAN XL/FD/CC, LIN, FlexRay, Ethernet, SOME/IP, fault injection, SecOC, and third-party hardware.

TOSUN offers an in-house hardware portfolio for simulation, vehicle bus interfacing, DAQ, test and diagnostics. It includes XIL Cube real-time systems, TTS boards, TIO modules, CAN XL/FD/CC, LIN, FlexRay and Automotive Ethernet interfaces, TC Pro analyzers and Tlog data loggers, plus fault injection, ECU calibration, time sync, standalone flashing, gateways and avionics interfaces.

TOSUN delivers an independently developed automotive toolchain for R&D, manufacturing and industrial test. Solutions cover bus conformance, ECU diagnostics and flashing, SecOC, EV charging compliance, e-motor and durability testing; HIL for OTA, chassis-by-wire, powertrain, cockpit and vehicle functions; plus vehicle data logging, cloud diagnostics, FCT and EOL testing across the full lifecycle.
