With the strong support of the domestic automotive industry and the majority of automotive technology practitioners, the Society of Automotive Engineers of China Annual Meeting & Exhibition (SAECCE) has been successfully held for 26 sessions, and has become a highly influential and prestigious annual event for the automotive industry in China with wide participation and recognition from enterprises, universities and research institutes.The Society of Automotive Engineers of China Annual Meeting and Exhibition 2020 (SAECCE 2020) is scheduled to be held on October 27-29, 2020 at Shanghai Automotive Exhibition and Convention Center. Academicians, corporate executives, technology leaders, senior experts, and scientists from the automotive and related industries will be invited to participate in the conference. By means of plenary meetings, academician forums, symposiums, international forums, thesis exchanges, technical exhibitions and other forms, we will gather together to enthusiastically discuss industry highlights and pioneer the direction of forward-looking technology development. In addition, the 7th International Conference on Intelligent Connected Vehicle Technology (CICV 2020), originally scheduled to be held in Beijing in May 2020, will be jointly convened with the Society of Automotive Engineers of China Annual Meeting & Exhibition 2020 (SAECCE 2020). Since its development in 2015, CICV has gained international influence, providing a platform for domestic and foreign smart grid-connected vehicle enterprises and related organizations to interpret industry policies and documents, exchange technologies, release and display innovative achievements, as well as demonstrate and promote application cases. The combined event will strengthen and upgrade the Smart Grid Vehicle Technology section of the SAECCE Annual Meeting, while establishing links with companies and related organizations in the New Energy Vehicle and Traditional Vehicle & Common Technologies sections. The joint event will strengthen and upgrade the Smart Grid Vehicle Technology section of the annual conference, as well as establish links with companies and related organizations in the New Energy Vehicle, Traditional Vehicle & Common Technology sections of the SAECCE annual conference. This is a prudent decision made by SAE China to ensure the quality of the event as well as the safety and health of the attendees during this special period. All organizations are encouraged to send relevant representatives to attend this annual meeting, in particular to support the authors of the presented papers to take part in the meeting.
